Taylor Haaf is a graduate of Hampshire College, a certified reiki practitioner, herbalist and yoga teacher currently living in Northampton, MA. She is a passionate, loving and emotional creature who wants to help others heal and guide them to healing themselves!

Her own journey of coming to herself and creating room in her life for healing and self-care began during her time at Hampshire College where she studied comparative religion, focusing mainly on Buddhism and Hinduism. Coming to develop a personal yoga and meditation practice truly began her journey of self-discovery and trauma recovery in 2011. This lead her to work for the community at Hampshire as a Peer Champlain and Spiritual Life Intern for the rest of her time there. Becoming a certified practitioner of the Usui lineage of Reiki in 2014 was a new step on her journey of bringing the healing she herself was experiencing to the lives of others.

After graduating college in 2014, Taylor began exploring the many modalities of natural medicine and started to take herbalism workshops around the pioneer valley. Completing her first long-term herbalism training in 2015, Taylor now offers homemade herbal remedies crafted from locally sourced and often wildcrafted materials. She puts the utmost care and intention into crafting these tinctures, salves, oils and scrubs.

Taylor has an eclectic array of offerings, drawing her knowledge from western constitutional medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, Ayurveda, folklore, as well as pagan practices, self-created ritual and her own intuition. Taylor is currently continuing her herbal studies in Greenfield, MA.

After finding the right Yoga Teacher Training with Molly Kitchen at Adhikara Yoga School, Taylor completed her 200 hour YTT. She now teaches alignment-based hatha yoga in local studios as well as at Hampshire College. Taylor also offers private yoga classes both at folks homes or at the studios. Teaching yoga is her passion and she feels so blessed to offer regular classes to her community each week. Taylor is continuing her education through workshops and online training with the hope to complete her 500 hour YTT in the next two years.

She truly values the ability to create communities and spaces of healing as well as affordable and accessible practices and products. Both her reiki sessions, herbal consultations and private yoga classes are offered on a sliding scale and she will not turn anyone away based on finances. Many of her herbal products are also available at discounted rates.
