Taylor is trained in alignment-based Hatha yoga and is passionate about creating safe and accessible communities that help nourish and promote self-care and healing. Taylor values a trauma-sensitive approach to yoga and hopes her classes can allow all bodies and peoples to come to practice knowing they will be seen and accepted as they are! Come experience yourself and the basics of yoga practice, including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), vinyasa (moving with the breath), philosophy and meditation.
